Cyndaquil used Flamethrower

I had this sitting on my desktop at around ~95% completion for a couple of weeks. I finally forced myself to finish it.

Please forgive my foreshortening. It's something I'm trying to work on. Hopefully I'll be able to attend some figure drawing sessions this summer.

Gold has always been my favorite trainer, BTW.
